Smilies & Signatures slightly blurry?

The Emoticons are slightly blurry and some signatures aswell what can I do?
Its only started it about a week ago...

i don't have bad grammar. It's just that it's modern term for going. Like dying. The only way to stop it is either get a new one, or get it fixed. But this has happened to me before.
