Anyone can join. It's similar to the old Camp Hyrule, but if you weren't around for that-
You register, and are assigned into one of 4 cabins. These will be your teammates for Camp... you can get to meet new people. There will be daily activities, such as games, graphic competitions, etc. and the cabins will compete for points. At the end one cabin will be determined the winner.
