If you're talking about all three together, probably 300-400 btb. Seperately, probably 90-110 btb, depending on which.

Lucario - min 5 IVs: Speed not necessary (All IVs at 31, except for speed which can be anything)
Blissey - min 4 IVs: HP, Def, SpA, SpD - Ability: Natural Cure (HP, Defense, Special Attack, and Special Defense at 31, the others can be any number.)
