I'd buy her for 60tbt, but can I invite people to my town if someone has just moved in and they're still in the unpacking boxes stage?
 
It's only my 8th, shall I come over and try and get Skye and then if she works then I'll stay right there and transfer tbt there and then?

Could you time travel so the villager moving in is out of the box phase?? I think that's about the same thing but would be a safer bet. Then you could come pick her up without any worries.
