She has a set catchphrase and quote ("henlo" and "awoo"), and she has at least two pieces of clothing in her wardrobe (blue dolly shirt and white sweet dress, she looks great in both!) She was one of my first five move-ins so her house was a basic house for me, so I do not know if she will keep the gifts I have given her. If she does, I know she has a white mage hat displayed on a mannequin and possibly a couple of low-tier bugs. Unfortunately, I can't remember what else she might have.
Let me know if you would like to have her, she's free!
EDIT: it would be ideal if you already have an open plot, but I don't mind waiting if you have to TT somebody out. Just let me know!
