Simple wooden fences white recipe is it available somewhere

Hi I thought I saw short white fences in a few photos before the game came out. I have short brown fencing that I got from the residence hall machine. I have not seen white nor has my husband. If it is in the game how do I get it? Thanks!

I can't even find the one Tom nook originally gave 50 pieces of to me. Has anyone gotten a recipe for either color?

The simple wooden fence DIY is there, I got it about the third day after the fencing became available in my machine.

Not sure about the white ones though!
