Silver axe on the normal island, not Tortimer's?

I saw a you tube video which looked like he bought the silver axe on his own island, not club Tortimer's. I have been looking for it without success on the international island.

Has anyone else found it on their own island, not club Tortimer's?

I've had them on my own island in the past, it's just very rare. They're not tortimer exclusives like some of the wetsuits, they're just again, rare. Though you can find them on club tortimer too.

Or just paste the url and others can C&P it anyway. Though I just wanted to see confirmation for myself, but others have confirmed so it doesn't matter so much.

Thanks for that, though I did realise while I was watching that, your own island doesn't change items if you leave and go back. So you still have to go CT if you want one sooner. But nice to know going to your own daily can find them.

Yes, and also, if they're on your island, that means you can leave to open your gate for visitors, and they can come and buy them too. If you leave club Tortimer's, it's different when you go back, even if you return right away.

So I really hope I can find them on my own island!
