Signatures?

So Sydney asked me to go to another town and get signatures for a petition for her. I did it but I was wondering, is it possible to get her picture from it or not? I already tried once and she gave me a pine bonsai. We are good friends, she sends me letters and she came to my house one time. So would she give me her picture for getting signatures for her? I would reset and find out but just after Pinky came up to me and suggested a PWP I wanted. Typical. Thanks!

Yes, it is possible to get a picture from giving back a signed petition.

I've reset over 10 times now and she still hasn't given me her picture. Does it normally take this long?

I had to reset quite a lot to get Bruce's picture when I was returning his lost item. It can sometimes take a while.
