Signature Upload

When I try to upload a picture for my signature, the only option it comes up with is "Add image for Url".
Why won't it let me upload a file from my computer?

No idea. It's probably easier to just upload it to a site like Imgur or Photobucket and use the IMG code to put it in your sig.
