Download the Pip Boy app on your phone. Hide outside their bedroom and link up to their game. I guarantee you that after half an hour of being randomly fast traveled, having all the stuff in their inventory dropped (especially ammo and stimpaks) dropped, haveing their weapons/armor unequipped during fights, radio stations turned on and holotapes being played while trying to sneak...they will ragequit and spend some time with you.

I feel your pain, when I go around my BFs he is constantly on Fallout 4, but it is a good game so I don't blame him though. But to be fair if I did this I would probably end up going home in a body bag.
