Should I, or shouldn't I?

I'm thinking about resetting my game (this would be the second time) I stopped playing ACNL for like 6 months and now summer is coming back round, I really want to get back into it. I worked really hard on my town but now I look at it and it's just an unfinished mess and I kinda just want to start fresh. I'd give all my things to my boyfriends character to hold and move some of my villagers to his town and stuff so it won't be like I'd have nothing.

Do you guys think I should?

I would. A fresh start is always nice and you have somewhere to put your stuff so that helps.

I've reset my game 7 times now, and that's without anyone to give my items, money, or favorite villagers to. I think starting fresh is great, and each time my town has improved from the one before it.

Yeah, I feel bad for giving up with designing my town before i've even finished it but i think resetting it and deciding on a nice map will help me make it a lot better than it is now!

I always want to do a fresh reset then I think about all the TBT I've spent on clothes, villagers, items, etc. and start crying. (I'm so stingy omg)

yes do it. if itll make you feel better, then you should. i really dont see how trying to enjoy a mess of a town would be fun at all.

I think starting a new town can help you getting back into playing, so if you don`t feel any attachment to your town, just reset it.

Yeah, I'm gonna do it! Can't be bothered to store all my stuff in another town but it has to be done! thanks everyone ^_^

It's too bad you can't back it up or you could do both.

Resetting is a good thing when you haven't played for a while. Besides, write down your dream code and you'll be able to visit your old town if you miss it!
