Should I keep him in this town?

Yesterday I went on a buying spree on the villager trading forum and I bought Marshal but my problem is he was never a big dreamie of mine to have >__<

He's pretty chill and cool but I was considering getting Kidd instead but now I have Marshal and I wouldn't want to move him out and I don't wanna get Kidd cause I wanted other villagers (like Colton whos a smug lol and others who aren't smugs because lets face I have too many now lmao)

What should I do? Should I keep him in this town or maybe purchase another copy and move him there? He might match the theme I was thinking of for another town if I got another copy.. my bro also just started Wild World and might be interested in his own copy of New Leaf...
I just don't wanna void him or give him away to other people since it'd feel like a waste of TBT and I'd be like rude to the seller (also I kinda like him so far) so should he replace Kidd or should I try and get another copy and move him there so I can get Kidd on this town?

I guess thats one of the good thing about a new cartridge more villagers to have!! (and more responsibility to care for the town rip)

It's a lot of work, but honestly, having 20 villagers to choose is probably worth it.

If you can't really love a villager, no matter who is, the best is let him/her go before it starts to annoy you they are there
This way you won't end hating them.

Just do what you feel is right. Who would you prefer better? Answer that then make your decision.

I've decided I'll keep him for the moment and if I get Kidd and prefer him maybe I'll move him out but for now he's staying

Smug and Cranky villagers are apparently my favorite LOL. So I'm terribly biased! I'd keep him, mostly because he's tier 1 and ultra popular.

Haha same I just love both personalities (thats why like half off my dreamies are smugs lmao and then one cranky)
and yeah I'll keep him for now unless I end up really liking him or disliking him and thne wanting him to move out
