If you don't consider Nan worth your effort, then get Lolly. I personally like Nan more.

Nan is one of my absolute favourite villagers, but I understand not wanting to do the 16 villager cycle. Eunice would probably make a good replacement for her, especially in a fall themed town.

If you don't feel like it's worth the hassle, well, it's most likely not. Besides, trust me, you won't be attached to her the same. Goldie was my absolute love in my previous (first) town, as I've had her since 2013. But once I restarted and bought her from someone... it's not the same.
