Should I buy the Reset Surveillance Center?

I have had ACNL since the day it launched, and I have not bought the Reset Surveillance Center. I want something to save up for other than house stuff. I also don't have much stuff to buy for my town, as mayor. I also like that Isabelle is nice about me not saving, but it is also a little boring. What is Resetti like???

Honestly I think it's kind of useless and annoying unless you really want Resetti's photo.

You get both the brothers' pictures and humorous conversations. Worth it. Also, sitting on their toilet is fun.

How do I get the pic? Is it immediately? Also, how much space in town would the Center be? Or is it in the plaza??

The center only takes up a square and you can walk over it. You'll get the pictures after a few conversations. Resetti's first, then Don's.

I rarely get to go inside the center because I'm not usually awake enough to play games past 9:00, but I reset a lot, so I have a lot of interaction with Mr. Resetti. Honestly, he's not that bad in this game. If you don't feel like listening to him ramble, then when he asks you why you turned the game off without saving, tell him "I can't remember" and he'll just be like "okay whatever" and he'll leave with no questions. However, I often tell him "I wanted to reset", because I find it funny watching him get all mad at me. After a while, he'll even start yelling at you if you're mashing A too quickly while he's talking -- it's hilarious. Definitely worth it.

Also, worth noting is that, if you get the Reset Center, you'll also get to meet Mr. Resetti in the cafe... And the interaction with him there is rather funny, too. I don't regret building it at all.

It's definitely worth it, Resetti is just so damn hilarious.

However, since the center's literally a manhole cover you'll probably want to put it someplace where it won't stick out.

I put it like right next to the entrance to the train lol. I am about 70,000 bells away from it. I think I may have it by tomorrow.

It's worth it for Resetti and Don's photos, but after that it's kind of just an eye sore. I don't notice it as much and it's kind of just there. I wish there was an option to tear it down(understandable that there isn't) or it'd be nice if there was an option to move it since where I put it wasn't a great spot.

I put it behind two pine trees. It's hidden enough as it is.

Just build it somewhere you rarely go. It doesn't count as a project, it only takes 9 squares from your town, and it's a nice notification for when you THINK you saved but didn't, thus reminding you that you may have lost some things. He doesn't shout as much as he used to which is a good thing.
