I'm just wondering if those little pictures you can buy under your avatar stay? Or after a while do they disappear?
Not sure what they're called, the little cakes and eggs lol

They're called collectibles. Most of them are permanent; events which hand out temporary collectibles usually tell you upfront that those collectibles temporary (e.g. turnip week, roses from Valentine's Day 2014)

Ah okay, so the ones you spend bells are always stay? Those are the permanent ones?
Like the cute ones you have, those will always be there?

Not necessarily; some temporary collectibles can be bought with bells. Generally though, most of the collectibles that you buy will be permanent, and it'll generally be well-known which collectibles are not permanent.

As for the collectibles that I have, some were purchased using currency that only appears during site events, while others I traded for using forum bells.
