He was revealed today (or I just saw him today lol) Gladion, Team Skull's Enforcer from the upcoming Pokemon Sun and Moon games! I couldn't get those suave shoulder spikes nor could I find a good back picture, but this is nice considering I just looked at the trailer. Enjoy!
