PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NEW THREAD SO I'M STILL SETTING THINGS UP. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH ME.
Prices will be established by what I currently want at the moment. I will accept TBT, IGB, items(collectibles, shrubs, etc) and villagers. Feel free to offer whatever you like if I don't specify beforehand.
As of right now, (because this is new) a lot of the current villagers are NOT original. If you would like me to check, please let me know. I will try to stay on top of who is original or not once I get more established.

- After a price has been established, I kindly ask that you place a reservation on your desired villager
- Don't place a reservation on a villager without discussing the price with me first...
- First come, first serve for reservations
- Reservations guarantee adoption unless no response in 24 hours
- Best offer on villagers will apply for non reservations
- Payment should be ready at time of pick up
- If the person who reserved is not able to pay at time of villagers move out then I will make the villager available with best offer
