Seriously the DLC

I just think that they should re-release some of those unorderable DLC items just once again or every couple of months re-release something, more specifically the pumpkin pie >.> lol I had went to a nintendo zone during the time of initial release and I was having problems connecting to it and the "smart" people at best buy did not even know what a nintendo zone was.

I'm just saying it would be nice to put some of that stuff back out in population maybe just a day to give ppl a chance to get that stuff lol

My pumpkin room is incomplete I just gave up on the pie

I know that they would lose their value, but I'm just thinking of the ppl who didnt get to get it and the people who are also new to the game to experience some nice dlc

I think that they should make less regionally exclusive DLC :c It doesn't seem fair! I live in the EU and I swear we have much less, rare but cute DLC than others :/ Korea, Japan and US always have lots of cute DLC, that isn't re-orderable so nobody wants to part with it unless it's for thousands of bells. That's not what it's supposed to be for IMO and it also makes it really hard to get a full catalogue because there are so many region-locked things to find!

I really want a pumpkin pie, turkey dinner and yule log for Christmas!

I think that some of the DLC is sponsored by companies, like the campus set in Japan. The game probably gets less attention from companies elsewhere, especially in Europe, because it's not as popular in comparison. It's sad, because I agree with you. I wish we could get better and more DLC like they do in Japan (for example).

Yeah I understand why more is released in Japan but it hardly makes it fair :/ I'm sure more of their consumers aren't actually in Japan and there's a lot more in English-speaking countries yet we have a lot less DLC!

I guess it depends on the companies who do it, though. It would be harder for a European company to invest in sponsoring DLC because players in the region are scattered between different countries. It would have to be a big company, or it would have to be a company in a country that had many players. Other than companies that sell toys and things for children, I can't think of many European companies using that as advertising instead of turning to more traditional methods.

It would be nice if Nintendo hired the Animal Crossing team to make special releases to tie in with games that are released. Not in-your-face, blatant stuff like you get from the fortune cookies (at least, I'd prefer if it wasn't), but something tangentially related that looks cool. Maybe a new arcade machine for the release of Brawl or a cute pok?doll for new Pok?mon games.

Hopefully they'll cycle the DLC once they've finished the zodiac series (or is that finished? I can't remember) and run out of new items to release. I think the only thing I missed was the fedora chair, which I'm not exactly heartbroken about, but it'd be nice for new players to get the items without having to wrangle another loan from Tom Nook.

I'm glad the horoscope is being reissued because I missed out the first time, but I do wish the 7-11 would come back. I doubt it will, but having grown up with 7-11's and having them near me even now makes me wish I could get that set. My brother has it and MAY give it to me, but I wish I could get it on my own and not have it cost me every bell I have.

Still, the DLC's that come out are pretty unique, I must say.

A while ago I was talking about this set on the DLC thread in re-tail because if you went to a nintendo zone in Europe at the time you could download the steamed bun case from that set and we were talking about the whole set being brought to other countries beside Japan. Unfortunately I think it was pointed out that anything with the logo wouldn't be allowed to be brought out elsewhere due to that promotion , the steam bun case is logo free.

I always check nintendo zone as well as getting regular DLC though, we've had Japanese food items before in Europe and things like the afternoon tea set come back out. You need to go to a place with it or set up a hotspot on your iPhone and I think some androids allow you to do that as well.

This would be amazing, I'd love it if they did something like this. They could even make replicas of objects in those games, like pok?dolls.

I don't know, some of the pieces look nice on their own because you can't really tell they're horoscope related or because they fit the decoration. The scorpio lamp is pretty neutral, for example, because it just looks like a lamp shaped like a scorpion.

Okay, I suppose it depends on the look you're going for But most of it doesn't really fit with the sets of the sets in my opinion and I like to have each room with a different set and a couple extras that tie into it xD (If that makes sense)
So the only one that really worked for me was the Aquarius Urn with my Mermaid room! The rest just stands out like a sore thumb...
