Trading / [Selling] Spring cleanout

This is the first time I'm doing this, I hope you won't mind with my (kind of) strict rules.

I'd prefer anything on my wishlist, bush starts, carnations and/or 4-leaf clovers but regular Bells is also fine(I'm bad with pricing so make an offer).
I also take 1:1 for Saharah wallpaper/flooring or DLC/unorderable.

Rules:
1. Trades will be done on your town.
2. No reservations. I'd prefer you could take the items right away.
3. On some occassions I won't be online, so I couldn't trade/sell at that time.
4. Please be patient, it'll took a while for me to take out the items and settle the trades.
5. Please drop your items/Bells first before I take out the items(better if it's already on ground).
6. When I've dropped the items, please recheck the items, just to make sure I got it right.
5. I will leave you a feedback so I'd like it if you leave me one too.
6. If you've already read the rules, please enter "no doy" as the password.

My timezone is GMT+7, so bear with me for the mismatched times.

I'm not sure when your time zone is compared to nine. I'm going to bed almost 1:20am but would buy all your hybrids and villager pics (except duplicate for 3 mill bells.
