It depends on the person, so it's not really 'end of discussion'.

I traded Diana for Robin. Octavian for Bertha (which didn't pan out), Pietro for Annalisa, and I'd gladly trade Marina for Rocket if I had her.

I hate top tier villagers for the most part.

It's not even close to reliable. I'm looking for Bluebear (tier 4). I guarantee I will have to pay a bit for her. Coach is listed at tier 5 (bottom of the barrel) and I've seen him sell as high as a tier 1. That's why it's cool everyone has different dreamies.
