So I am finding myself in possession of way too many perfect apples these days, and they are overrunning my town. I need to get rid of some! Please let me know if you are interested.

I am asking 10k >>>per apple<<<. If you buy a large enough quantity, perhaps we can reach a bulk price.

Well, I have sold many in the past for this price. The way that you said that didn't sound like you were trying to be helpful...What price would you suggest instead, then?

Well, I usually see 10k a basket instead of per apple. A good price is 1-5k.

That's kind of ridiculously underpriced considering that I could sell them at a Re-tail for 3k each. There would be no point in bothering with this if I would be selling them at a loss. -_-

So you sell them at re-tail for 3k each, however you are selling them for 10k each. Surely that's a very large profit and selling them for 7k more is quite a big jump, especially for an apple.

I could not sell them at my retail for that price, I would have to drag all of them to a friend's game as apples are my native fruit. Obviously people are interested in them or I wouldn't have sold them in the past for this price. It is kind of an annoyance to bother with trading when I could just sell them to the game, so if I'm going to bother with it then, yes, I want to make a profit.

Typically, things sell for a lot more online than they would at retail.

I would have appreciated it if you had PMed me about this instead.

No, that isn't what I'm saying... Non-native perfect fruit sells at Re-tail for 3k a piece.

I do agree that someone will always be interested. 10k is honestly a very insignificant amount of money in this game. You can make that in literally 5 seconds on the island.

I appreciate the sentiment, but I wish you had gone about it in a different way instead of derailing the thread. As they are my goods, I will sell them for the price I choose to. If people decide to buy them, then that is their choice.
