Giveaway Selling my game. Giving ALL my money away!

This Summer, AC:NL brought me countless hours of fun. I was absolutely addicted and sometimes played for ten hours or more a day. It gave me a wonderful distraction from the real world for weeks on end. However, I now have to accept the fact that I haven't played it in months. I reached all my major goals, and, like all AC games eventually do for me, it got boring. With a heavy heart, I have decided to sell my game tomorrow. Though there is a chance that a year or so from now I'll wish I could revisit my town for nostalgia's sake, I'm hurting for money at the moment, and something that's just sitting in a drawer unused is the most logical thing to sell.

With that being said, I don't want the small fortune that I obtained during my obsessive summer days playing AC:NL to be a complete waste. I currently have around 14 Million in the bank, and I'd like to give it all away to someone. This is my first post on these forums, so I don't know any of you and am unable to make a decision on who to give it to by my own knowledge. For that reason, I'd like for some of you to suggest who it should go to or why it should be you. The most important thing to me is to give my money to someone who helps others. When I first created my town, I met a nice fellow on the island who generously paid off some very expensive PWPs for me. It was completely unexpected, and it really touched me. Once I accumulated my own wealth, I began doing the same when I met a nice person on the island or elsewhere. Though there is obviously no way I can ensure that you keep your promise, I would like whoever I give the money to to promise that you will spend some of it helping others either start up or expand their town.

I know it's late, but I want to get this transaction completed tonight. I'm hoping this thread gets enough attention to make a decision within an hour or so.

Oh, wow. All I can say is that I help out friends of mine with items they want, not being on these forums, so 14 million would sure go a long way to helping them as well-- my town's done, it's where I want it to be. :3

I don't suppose he or she is online to see this and complete the transaction with me, though. :/ So I suppose this will have to be more of a "Why I deserve this" thing.

I'm not going to be super picky about this like I might have been had I thought about doing it before midnight the night before I plan to sell it. So, brag about yourselves a little. Tell me what you'd spend it on, and don't be afraid to include some stuff for yourself as well. What dream would this money help towards?

I mean I could definitely use the money I have gotten 2 stories on my first characters house and just started a new character known as Mei she is going to be based off Totoro but anyways I don't really have much money to pay for house renovations or anything so that would be awesome. I am also trying to buy more flowers for my town since I love how the floral appeal look so any amount of bells would be great and I would appreciate it a lot. thanks for taking the time to read this hope I did not sound greedy

My town is no way near completed and honestly I am pretty new (couple months) to new leaf (although 'completing wild world).
These bells would be so fabulous, I'd share them with my sister who I play with daily together. And of course help out the community, that's what the game is about right? So really id love this money just to help out my sister, that's what big sisters do right? I'm sure she would cry with excitement haha.

Oo. I know of DaCoSim as well-- they helped me out greatly with cataloging stuff just last week. It must've taken a great deal of time and effort to pull out every single Gyroid but the 3 they were missing, but they did! And apparently they help run a Dreamie cycling charity for folks to get the villagers they want? Waaay better organized at giving away stuff than I'd be just now.

There, that's the best I could boast at. That 10 million of it, I can set aside until DaCoSim and I are online next to make sure they get it, and with the other 4 million, I'd finally finish my catalog and get that danged Gold Catalog Maniac badge. (I'm only a couple hundred items away!!) X3

I'm glad you're here, DaCoSim! Obviously people think very highly of you. Is what Jakerz was saying true? Do you really put that much effort into helping others?

Edit: And unfortunately yes. The value of it is only going to go down, and I just don't have the time to play it like I once did. I'm shocked myself considering how insanely addicted I was, but there's no point in keeping something I know I won't use.

Wish I could have it, trying to obtain my Dreamies, but I got Chrissy last night and I feel like I'm going to be a bit selfish to take 14mil...Of course I'll be needing the Bells for my other Dreamies (Zucker, Chief/Octavian and Marshal, who costs A TON) but I'll see if I get lucky >:3

Okay, I'm sold. The money's yours DaCoSim. I believe I'd be doing a service to not just you but also everyone you help by giving it to you. It will be completely up to you what you do with it, but CardiganCaitlin was my next choice, so maybe you can help her and her sister out in some way.

Does this forum have some sort of private messaging feature with which we could exchange friend codes? If so, go ahead and send yours while I gather all the money.

I do try and help people out. I am just glad that there are so many that luv this game like I do. When I went and reserved it, I reserved 4 copies, for me and my 3 oldest kiddos, and then ended up getting the youngest a copy and me 2 more copies (only $22 used each from gamefly.) I started holding and cycling because so many people helped me in my quest to get my kids's dreamies. One has a penguin town, one a hippo + a few others town and one has a monkey town. I also try and help out a few of those that like to catalog, as I am also trying to catalog everything as well. I am part of a huge cycling group (there are 6 of us) and I luv doing that as well.

Um, btw Jakerz, remind me to get in touch with you about flowers. I have TONS.
