I am selling morengue. List your price and ill decide. She just moved in so won't be available for 2 days. First time doing this so I'm not completely sure how to do this. She moved into a terrible place.

You'll either have to time travel till she prompts you to move away, or you can just naturally wait for her to want to leave (will take long).
