Charlise is in boxes! I got her when I restarted my town, and had no desire to keep her. Because of this I have only talked to her twice, and so she's pretty much original! (wasn't able to look at her house after my first glimpse so not sure if that is or not!) Right now I'm really wanting Julian, Aurora, or Goldie for dreamies, so if you have any of them I'd be happy to trade! If not, then because she is original I'd like to sell her for 50k and maybe some items? Offers are fine if you don't have the cash, I'm always willing to negotiate 
I'm going to be lurking for about an hour, and if no one wants her in that time then I will just either give her away or void her.
On a side note, should you take Charlise, here's how it will go down:
If we are trading villagers, I would appreciate it if I traded first, if this doesn't make you comfortable then I would like a 50k bell fee as collateral. If the trade goes well you'll get your money back! I will be following my rules above in your village as well. Thanks and happy shopping!

- Drop the money/items at the train station
- Follow behind me to her house (don't step on my flowers please or take fruit!)
- Once inside feel free to talk to her, then when you're finished I will end the session!
