Buying Selected items from the Modern Series

Hello everyone.

I'm looking to buy (or trade for) the following items from the Modern Series. I can offer bells, or am willing to trade certain unorderables, DLC, or other harder to find items. Most of what I have for trade can be found in this thread.

Modern Cabinet
Modern Sofa
Modern Wall Clock

I have all three of those items and will give them to you for free.....well, at least the price it takes to order them from the catalog.....

The Wall Clock is 2,400, Sofa 3,144, and Cabinet 3,096......So that's 8640.....If you give me 8,000, they're yours!!! Just gotta wait till 5:00 EST when Pete'll drop them off!!!
