Buying Seeking Basic Flowers

Looking to buy the following flowers (3 of each)

Roses:
Red (non-hybrid)
White
Yellow

Cosmos:
Red
White
Yellow

Mums:
Red
White

Lilies:
Red
White
Yellow

Because they are basic and you can buy them from nooks if available, I'd prefer 1 NMT per 2 flower sets. I'm happy to take seed packets instead of full grown flowers, but then 1NMT per 3 flowers.
