Giveaway 🎅Secret Santa🎅 {35.people so far} half an hour to go!

I've been looking through the forum and realised no one is doing a proper secret Santa. Since I have hardly anything decent to give away and very little bells I thought this would be a good idea for a giveaway.
First you just let me know you want to enter. You will have till next Saturday to enter. If you'd like you can make a wish list or just get a surprise from whoever's giving you something.
Then next Saturday I will choose people at random (from a hat or something) then pm everyone saying who you've got to get/buy a present for. You have a week to get the presents and bring them to my town.
Then on the 21st I can arrange for people to come and collect their presents. So I know whose is whose I will write it down then wrap the presents a minute or so before the person arrives to collect the present.
If I don't get enough people for this I won't bother but if you enter I'll let you know either way.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Rules:
There is no min spend but please try to be generous
Spending limit is 5 mill (might change it before the first deadline)
I will only accept 1 item for per person
Do not have it wrapped when you give it to me. I will need to know who's is who's before I give them away
You MUST complete each task before each deadline. A day at least before the deadline will help so I'll be prepared.

Well, that would depend on what people have got saved up and what they're willing to spend, I suppose. Then again there's stuff like island items that cost medals and don't really have a bell price...

I think it'd be a good idea to have some sort of range at least, to avoid the situation where user A (playing since release) buys a royal crown and receives a no.1 shirt from user B (playing for one week). A might not even mind since the point is to give someone else something cool, not get something cool yourself, but it's still kinda mean LOL

What's fair? 50k, 100k? Make a wishlist with items not to exceed 100k?

Man, I'm looking through wishlists (mine included) and I realized that it consists mostly of out-of-season gracie stuff, DLC (released and un-released), or other unorderables that are nearly as difficult to track down as everything else.
