Second Town?

Target's selling ACNL for $15 and I'm going out to a mall that has a Target. Is it worth the money just to get a town only for cycling to earn TBT and get dreamies? I'm afraid that after I get all the dreamies for my current town, it'll just sit on a shelf and rot until I reset my town. (Well, I suppose I could use it to cycle for TBT if that happens but yknow)

I love people who cycle, but I could never do it myself. I love building towns too much. If I get a second copy of the game, I would use it to get dreamies that won't fit in the first town, and to make a different town design. For example, right now I have a Pokemon themed town. I want to get another copy of the game so I can do a Doctor Who theme. Or a Harry Potter theme.
