Yes, the Able Sisters sell seasonal clothing. Nook's Cranny also has certain seasonal items.

Yep. I've noticed the lack of summer/spring attire in my current fall (winter-to be) island.

When I was TTing, I did notice that some clothes are indeed seasonal exclusives. I've been wanting to buy tanktops since March, but apparently it's sold in summer. So glad June is in a few days.
