SD card full of photos of New Leaf... can I still save my game?

Completely filled up my SD card and was wondering whether I can still save the game! SD card if full of photos taken from Animal Crossing New Leaf. By the way my game is a physical copy, it wasn't downloaded from the eshop.

I think so, yeah. I mean, the save doesn't need to grow in size or anything.

Yup! You just can't take anymore photos, If you want to take more pictures and clear space you can plug your SD card into a computer and download them in! Then go to the photo (game/thingy) and look at your photos and select to delete them all! c:

Game saves are generally put on the cartridge, like previous Nintendo handhelds. I think the SD card is used for Streetpass though.

Even if you had a digital copy you would be fine -- there is a section of the SD card reserved for photos and that is what fills up. Your SD card is not actually full. (You can still download games from the e-shop, even.)
