Scoot or Simon???

Should I really replace Simon with Marshal as my dreamies?
I mean- not because I'm joining the Marshal bandwagon. I'm kind of getting bored of Simon.
He's not ugly, I kind of like him, but just like Gwen, he just doesn't have much of a personality as a villager to me.
If he was smug I would be sure keeping him, but Deli is another lazy villager and I prefer him more than Simon.
I'm not really planning to have a full-blown monkey town. I may be fine with just 5 monkeys.
And because Simon is rather common in offers given to me, I'm sure enough to get him if I change my mind if ever.

Should I switch out Simon for Marshal?

In the end, Marshal is just going to temporarily stay in Pinwheel. I'll be getting O'hare instead for the big Pinwheel appeal!
But don't worry! This does not mean I dislike Marshal. I think it's be fun to be different once in a while!

I personally dont like marshal even though he is in my town. I would stick with simon. Simon is way cuter.

Go unique and keep Simon. Marshal is so popular that now we can actually use the term 'overused' for him. He is in EVERY. SINGLE. TOWN. If he is not in a town, he is always a dreamie. I don't get why he's so popular. My favourite villager is a villager in the least popular tier from the villager popularity list. Even though he's not popular at all, I still have him as a favourite. Also, people would get bored from visiting a town with the same villagers. MARSHAL, in particular.
So, my advice for you is to keep Simon.

Well then. Based on your responses, I'm temporarily going to keep Marshal around in my town for PWPs. Maybe boost his friendship to get a picture of him. He won't be in my final town, but I'm going to assume that he WAS.

But on the other side of this note, I still need a Smug villager for my final dream town. I'm either replacing Scoot or Simon. Monty and Tammi are my personal favorites that I just can't kick them out despite them being on the bottom of the tiers.

Eugene - I really like his design!

Kidd - BUTLER RAM OH MY GOD.
Kyle - I'm actually fine with just one wolf in my town...
Leopold - Bottom of the tiers. I can't believe he's underrated!
O'hare - A favorite PIXIV artist of mine likes him very much that they managed to reach my soft spot for him.
Pietro - Yes. He too is almost in everyone else's town. But I would find it funny if I would headcanon him to be a killer clown.

I say go with O'Hare! Even though I have one of those basic marshal, marina, meringue, cookie towns with fluffy and pretty villagers I think it would be so neat to have O'Hare in a town. Even though I personally have never seen him I have seen pictures of him and dang he's super cute!

Deffo should get Kidd, I've had him in my town for 4 yrs now and I still love him to pieces~ Hes such a sweetie lol.
If not Kidd, then Pietro. It seems to me that not many peeps like him cuz of his design, which I get if you dislike clowns.
