I have a wishlist but I'm not sure where to post it because i have more currency in forum bells than game ones but if the seller wants game bells I can always trade my forum bells for them, I can't know ahead of time what currency the seller of my items will want :/

It depends on the rarity of the items. If it's considerably rare, I'd say the TBT Market. If not, then here. You can always barter with others, or offer them some other items to trade for the desired items.
