Say I make a new account here on the same IP address, but it is for my friend/sibling. Will my account or my their account be banned/deleted for a spam account?

No no, I'm not making another new account, I just wanted to know thats all. Well actually my cousin wants one but he does not have access to a computer, iPad or laptop at his house.

I believe you'd would want to PM a staff member if you have more than one account per household so they can mark it as an exception.
