Save file movement?

So, about 2 months ago, I kind of got bored of ACNL. I REALLY want to play again, but I do not want to destroy my original town... If I absolutely NEED another copy, I guess I can get one... But I really don't want to. I was just wondering if there was a way to swap save files on the SD card? It would be nice if I could do this, especially because it would save my first town, and money.

I don't think so. I think any movement of the save file will corrupt it.

You'd have to move your file to the SD Card every time you save. That would be really tiring. And even then it would corrupt if you moved it by SD.
