Buying Saplings, Starts and Perfect Fruit!

I restarted my town on ACNL and am wanting to get this town to the best it can be!

I currently am seeking:
-Cedar Saplings
-Holly Starts
-Island Starts (Bush Starts you can get for medals on the island.)
-Perfect Fruit Baskets (Except for Peaches.)

I'm looking for as many as I can get of those items! I'm looking to buy in bulk. I'd rather do 3 trades of 50 Saplings rather than 50 trades of 3 Saplings.

I'm willing to overpay like crazy for these items. I just need a LOT.

I can offer Bells (I currently have 63,000,000 Bells in the Bank.) or Gold Roses! I have over 100 Gold Roses.

I am trading 5 Roses per full Basket of Perfect Fruit. (9 Fruit in each Basket.)

I'm willing to do this up to 5 times for each Fruit Type. So I am only willing to trade 25 Roses for 5 Baskets of a certain fruit, and that's it.

Would you do 20 gold roses for 4 full baskets of perfect oranges? I also have a full basket of bamboo shoots that I can sell you if you like as well as 4 cedar saplings and 4 holly starts that I can sell you too. What's your offer?

EDIT: I can make it 5 cedar saplings, not 4 because Feif has some in his shop. He also has a white-azalea start, blue-hydrangea start, yellow-lily bag and white-cosmos bag if you're interested.
