Don't sell anything to AnimalX-er. I sold a golden watering can to him for 2mil, he only paid me 500k for it then ran out of my town before I could do anything. I've been telling him to fork over the rest of the money but he keep ignoring me. I'm not sure if he scams when he sells things but I'd watch out for him.
