Sakura trees :3

I really am enjoying this season of spring/summer. The sakura trees flowing all over my town is awesome. I wish it could stay like this FOREVER ;-; My town looks so pretty like this.

It is really pretty! It just adds something extra to your town, and I wish there was a setting to keep them on. :c What would be even cuter if the villagers were parading around in kimonos. Now that would be adorable, they do have the cherry blossom festival event in gamecube but i'm not sure if they wear kimonos, since i've never attended. What would be good is if they did a port of the gamecube version onto the 3DS e-shop. Now that'd be awesome and i'd play it even more so then I play new leaf! and being able to see all the old villagers too while on the go that'd be so much better. I've always preferred animal crossing being on handhelds because of the portability. I'd definitely buy it if it was a thing tbh.

You need to plant regular or money trees to get pink ones. Fruit trees and cedars will not turn pink.

There are two types of trees for sale at Leif gardening store. One is a cedar that can't be planted in the bottom half of town.
The other one is a regular tree. They look like fruit trees when they grow minus the fruit. They can be planted all over your town.

Once you get the gold shovel you can plant one using 1K to get a regular tree. This helps when you want a lot before the pink tree start and Leif keeps selling cedar trees.

Ooooh. I always thought that the 'happy saplings' are the native fruit trees of your town. I don't know why though. Thanks for the information!

ahh I know its so pretty! the graphics of animal crossing are honestly unbeatable imo, and things like the sakura trees just make the game 10x more beautiful <3

They are really cute, and they give the town a really anime-ish vibe. Unluckily, they won't be there anymore tomorrow
