Well, i just had one which made me cry a bit.

The burning of the Going Merry and it apologising to the strawhat crew while luffy apologieses back, I cried a little and chuckled slightly... in Episode 312 'The Sea of Seperation in the Snow'

I've not cried in movies/anime/TV since i was a kid so this REALLY got me.

And you?

Heres a vid of what made me cry, but like before this there was a 5 minute nostalga bit where you saw all the memories.

Dinobot dying in Beast Wars. At least he died a hero's death. D=

I'll be surprised if anyone actually know what I'm talking about.

In this filipino drama.
A girl fell off the boat, and was away from her family for 10 years.

But then she found her family.
The beginning part was sad. xD

Whole the second season of When The Higurashi Cry and When The Seagulls Cry. And some other anime ;P

Alot of parts in Clannad/after story.
@Tyrai
That was my first time hearing the dubed voices. It's hard to get used too when you have been watching subed.

Never watched anime. But as far as crying or getting sad goes, never happened to me when watching a cartoon. Got watery eyed for a few seconds during some sentimental death scenes before though, not cartoons though.

It tugs at your heart a liiiiittle, but is it really something to cry over? :S

The only Anime I've watched besides Naruto was Zatch Bell. The episode where Zatch had a flash back and was all alone in the woods his only friends were squirrels and then his rival who which he didn't know at the time, beat him up.

You gotta watch the WHOLE scene and all 311 episodes before to understand.

*Clears throat*

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Cowboy Beebop</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;"> At the very end of the anime you know that something will go wrong, but you keep watching regardless... like a slow moving car crash. Of course Spike beats the bad guy, but you also lose the lovable main character in the last scene, making it one of the saddest anime's that you can watch if you've never experienced it before.</div>

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Death Note</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">There's more to death note than the main character just killing everyone else. In fact, in the very middle of the anime the main PROTAGONIST dies after saying that Light was his only friend, only to be murdered in cold blood. They play out the scene like they always do, but you don't really notice it because you're usually just sitting there going WHAT the entire time. Not only that, but Light AND Misa die on the last episode. Real tear-jerking</div>

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Kaliedo Star</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;"> Yeah sue me, I watched a girly girl anime, and you know what.. I loved it. At the very end, the main character's spiritual guide leaves her for a couple episodes and you just get this forboding feeling that everything's gone down the hole, that everything's over, and it's so close to the end that it's actually believable</div>

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Shaman King</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">When you watch this anime you really can't help but to like it. It has some ups and downs, but really... like almost every anime, the main character dies at some point in the series. You'll be happily watching along dododo then all the sudden, Amidamaru and Yoh split up, things get shifty, and all the sudden before you know it, Yoh is actually gone. It's a real tear jerker if you've never seen it before.</div>

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Trigun</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">In trigun you meet a character named wolfwood, a very carefree guy with the simple intent of starting a church, earning the money in his travels to do so. In this, everything gets messed up, vash and wolfwood joining forces on a final fight and losing his life to help Vash. Then later on in the series you have the Legato and Vash fight, where Legato continuiously taunts and mocks Vash, only in the end to have Vash submit and actually ask him for death. It's so close to Vash actually dying that you cling to your seat.</div>

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Baldr Force</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">The main character is in search for his sister Ren, and around the middle of the second episode... finds her. She's been in 'stasis' for YEARS, her bones still hugging a music box that their mother gave her.</div>

There's like a million others, but I need to get this bleach out of my hair. It's burning.

Im pretty sure you guys haven't seen this yet, but in this korean movie named Keurosing, this man had to travel across china to get medicine for his sick wife, and he left his son with his wife. The wife died, and the son went to go look for his dad. Right before he got to his dad, he died. ;-;
