Just found Judy and I'm not repeating my last mistake of ditching her. I don't have her ready to move out yet, but I'm looking to sell or trade her!
I'm mainly planning on moving her out via amiibo, but if you'd prefer to wait for me to tt her that works too.

(alternatively just for Raymond I can also offer a non-og Marshal in addition to Judy, I have his card so I'll just be bringing him back to my town)
