I have a rule about the ending time, however...

Ending time is when I post this:

All bid posts after my auction end post, unless buyout, will no longer be viable. I will announce the winner after a 5 min window for buyout offers.

This is mainly to avoid sniping. Sniping stresses me out. D8 It has happened once or twice in my auctions where people would bid at the same time I post the auction has ended, which creates confusion. (Though I doubt it will happen here since this is just Rudy, but you know. 8U Kinda wanna test this rule.)

The maximum time this auction can go for is 24 hours. Minimum is probably 1 hour. Enjoy the suspense?

I remember my friend telling me about giving up halfway through a trade because the buyer was dropping 80mil for a good long time. xD And she was like "screw it, i'll just take 40mil".

Buying through Re-Tail is also a good idea, I transferred money from my old town to my new town that way. It's a bad idea when the Re-Tail isn't close to the station or there's no ABT (tbh idk the actual acronym but--) in a nearby house though.
