He was an unexpected and unwanted move-in from another town, therefore not original. Rudy had nothing better to do than plotting his house where my other characters house was supposed to be AND he kept me from inviting Bruce who was camping that day. So I wouldn't keep this guy even if I liked him. Groar!

He's wearing a custom design that seems to be a FBI shirt. His house looks alright.
