Hi! The demand for him is not as high as you believe it to be, I think.
Here is a list I'm sure you are well acquainted with, which most users here tend to operate under.
While no one is forcing you to do so yourself, I'm sure you'll have an easier time auctioning your Rudy. If he means a great deal to you, it is better you keep him instead! c:

I paid like 5 mil for my Rudy. I think 1 mil is a fair priceI would hold out Danylyca. Also try posting on reddit!
Ohh ok, thanks for your support! I will end this auction only tomorrow, in about 16 hours :] I prefer keep the auction exclusively here in this forum

Bump for Rudy. Also I find it incredibly rude that people feel the need to tell you to lower your prices. A starting 1 mil for Rudy is a very good price. :')

I would gladly pay 15 mil for Rudy if I didn't already have him in my 2nd town 
I think anything under 5 mil is way low-balling it. Besides, isn't he a tier 2? Lol, thats like saying you wouldn't be able to sell Octavian or Deirdre for more than a couple mil, I've seen them sold for over 15 0_o Anyhow, best of luck! Bumps for Rudy :3
