Someone told me this a while back and it's good if you don't want people cutting the trees down on the Island.
If you arrive on the Island and no one is there, hit each tree just ONCE. I usually only do the fruit trees but you can do all if you wish. Then when someone arrives on the Island their axe bounces off when they try to cut a tree down, it is very funny lol
