Selling Rosie the popular peppy cat!

The only reason why I adopted Rosie from the campsite was to see how it would feel to have the most popular cat in the Animal Crossing series in my town. ;u; Slightly extended her stay, but now she's finally decided to move! She's 100% original (my first original villager, cool).
Only accepting IGB! I really don't want to void her, so I'll bump this thread up until I get a good offer.

edit: I'll also be accepting a number of pink/white carnations. c: (fun fact: carnations are my favorite flower!)

Hmm, around 5 mil bells? I haven't sold that many villagers to tell what's cheap and what's expensive, but Rosie is Tier 1 and her buyouts are 10 mil and I don't see her very often, so I can take 5 mil. c:
