Rosie is moving today - I'm sure someone will be willing to give her a good home.

She is not 100% original - currently wearing a blue zap shirt. I am uncertain whether her catch phrase has changed. I am certain there have been no changes to her house.

My only requirement to adoption is that you have a clear void.
I absolutely am not interested in acquiring an unwanted move-in.

This is not necessarily first-come-first-served - I reserve the right to select who gets Rosie.

I am currently at work - no wifi access. Rosie will be available for pick-up after 5:00pm Pacific time.

Assuming you have a clear void, you can have Rosie. You are 9 hours ahead of me - I won't be home until 2am your time. I can wait until tomorrow for you to pick her up - any time after 3pm your time would be good. Let me know what works best for you.

Well, that would be an unexpected bonus!! It's not a requirement though - you can still have Rosie. I have 10 villagers right now, so Rosie has to be first to go.
