#2 Second place ~5 m bells +1 set of your choice
#3 Third place ~1 m bells +3 street pass +2 food items

Yes you can use HHD ,But all items use for rooms must be able to get in the (animal crossing new leaf) and remember to use the form to enter the contest when your finish your room
