Nostalgia... so much nostalgia...

This is literally one of the best game series I've played! anyone else play this game for hours straight when they were younger?

1 and 2 with expansion packs were always the best... I never had 3, but I heard it was not as epic

I used to make parks after my friends, a pokemon themed one, like I absolutely loved it... what are some of your stories with it?

does anyone have no idea what I'm talking about? because idk if newer generations even know about it....

that looks amazing!!! I will so be getting this...
however it looks super technical... so hopefully a computer noob like myself could still play it hahaha, but the free form play they demonstrated looked tight!

I've never played that game, but I played other Tycoon games.

zoo tycoon was cool, but I feel like all my zoos always sucked so quickly... and mall tycoon was a travesty....

RCT2 is my forte. RCT2 with OpenRCT is dangerous for me because of how much time I put into the game. There actually still are many active RCT1-2 communities given the 12-16 years since their prime. RCT3 was okay, but it felt too restrictive and simplified. It also lost a lot of it's charm with the style change. Despite that RCT3 is definitely superior in terms of building construction.
I don't know what to think of RCTW yet.

The first two were the dank stuff, 3rd sucked so hard for me if I were to compare. Hopefully World will be good...

Some of my most prominent memories is coming up with a wide array of ways to screw your customer, especially after a pre-made roller coaster ride of Dynamic Dunes is somehow defective and would crash after a while in the very first Roller Coaster Tycoon game. Making defective or ridiculously intense roller coaster rides, sinking your customers in spite, and making them so sick they'd barf everywhere are sadistically fun. I wish they added animals from Zoo Tycoon, as I could unleash a even bigger mayhem.

I don't know much about Roller Coaster Tycoon World, but I certainly hope it'll live up the hype that surrounds it.
