Buying Rococo and Ice series

I made a post a few days ago about purchasing or cataloging a Rococo series, but I'm also looking to buy the ice series if anyone wants to sell it. Still looking for majority of the Rococo series if anyone wants to let me catalogue or buy. I'm willing to pay about 70,000 for it. I'll buy the ice series for 100,000. These prices are definitely negotiable, and I'm not at all picky!

So if you want to help out a struggling mayor in need, let me know.
