Frillard was a rare treat to meet in Animal Crossing: City Folk. He was a sub for Dr.Skrunk when he was not available. He hasn't appeared since City Folk.And The New Horizons Update to the game can let you invite every special character cut from new leaf and the new ones from new horizons to Photopia and The Roost.Frillard was not brought back at all so I am here to say that Frillard is dead.
