Selling Restarting Town: Hybrids, bush starts, etc.

I'm restarting my town and selling it to Tom Nook, but I don't want my hybrids, bush starts and stuff to go to waste. I put most of the stuff in front of the train station, but feel free to roam and find the stuff I didn't. Everything is up for grabs.

Basically, you can take whatever you want, as much as you want. Locker trips are allowed, I just want it gone.

I would appreciate either igb or tbt, but you can decide how much you pay. I trust people here to be fair.
